The "Air Capsule" is an ultra-lightweight air shaft that features a hollow shaft with an integrated structure of the journal section and the main body, into which a high-density urethane capsule is inserted.
It allows for precise rotation without core wobble, making it less prone to failure and ensuring a long lifespan. It is highly compatible with metal and plastic cores, enabling the secure transmission of high torque.

The air shaft in the photo has a total length of 2000 mm and weighs 14.4 kg. By using urethane molded parts for the core gripping section and CFRP for the main shaft, we have realized a lightweight air shaft.
